It is a great pleasure for Thai Union to be here today. Thai Union and Mahidol University have had a great relationship since 2015, when we founded the Global Innovation Incubator. We have now expanded this to become the Global Innovation Center, which brings together more than 120 researchers and scientists from around the world contributing to the seafood industry. This year, we have strengthened our collaboration with a project called SPACE-F, where we provide an incubator and accelerator program for foodtech start-ups. Together, Thai Union and Mahidol University are partnering with the Thailand National Innovation Agency to provide innovative services and support to empower the next generation of innovation in foodtech.

Today, it is a great honor for Thai Union to join Mahidol University in providing scholarships for international Master’s degree students in science and technology. Thai Union Group hopes that these scholarships will truly benefit all students and every sector involved. I would like to thank all parties who have made this scholarship scheme possible.
